Growing up in her family’s bag-making busi-
ness, Angie developed a deep understanding
of quality craftsmanship from an early age. Her
parents successfully operated bag factories,
balancing busines demands with family care.
Watching her parents build their enterprise
with wisdom and determination inspired Ang-
lie’s own entrepreneurial ambitions. The knowl-
edge she gained about bag production and
accessories during these formative years
became the foundation for Weierken.
Carrying forward her family’s expertise while
creating her own path in the industry, in 2006,
Angie turned this legacy into reality by
officially establishing Weierken.
Through extensive customer interactions,
Angie identified key industry challenges: Lack
of in-house design expertis, limited bag knowl-
edge among cross-industry buyers, and overly
complex customization procedures.
This inspired Weierken’s “Order With Us, Relax
Yourself” philosophy. Whether for outdoor ad-
venture or urban delivery solutions, we provide
complete, stress-free one-stop solutions from
research to design, and to production.
With 3 bag factories, 750 skilled employees and a 24,0o0 n production base, Weierken continues to deliver innovative, market-driven and sustainable solutions under Angie’s leadership. We actively exchange ideas at global exhibitions including Outdoor Retailer Show and ISPO Munich.
